Can I sit in on sessions?
Always. Parents are welcome to be present for any session, no exceptions.
What checks do tutors go through?
PVG scheme membership, a video interview with our founder, two references contacted, GTCS verification where claimed, and a signed code of practice. Full detail on the safeguarding policy.
What equipment do we need?
A browser and a camera — nothing to install.
What if we need to cancel?
Free up to 24 hours before the session.
My child has additional support needs — how does that work?
Filter for “ASN experienced” tutors, and add any notes about how your child learns best when you book. Tutor continuity is protected — your child won't be reassigned without your say-so.
How do payments work?
By card, at the time of booking. You'll get a receipt by email — no surprises.
