Tutors set their own rate within our bands. You pay per session — that's it.

Session types
Prices below are worked examples against an Experienced-band (£32/hr) tutor — each tutor's profile shows their own exact prices.
The intro session is a deliberately low, flat rate across every tutor — a way to try a top-band tutor without the full commitment. The free meet-and-greet call is booked straight after paying for your intro session, before you commit to anything further.

Pricing FAQ
Why do tutors charge different amounts?
Rate reflects experience — from subject-strong tutors early in their tutoring career through to GTCS-registered teachers and SQA markers/examiners. You can see each tutor's rate on their profile before you book.
Are there sibling discounts?
Not yet — on the roadmap for when family accounts (multiple children under one login) are built. Get in touch in the meantime and we'll see what we can do.
What happens if we cancel or don't show up?
Payment happens at the time of booking, so a missed session is still paid — that's what keeps tutors' time worth committing to. If something's come up, get in touch and we'll help sort it.
Is there a joining fee or subscription?
No joining fee. The weekly slot is the only recurring charge, and it's entirely optional — cancel it any time by getting in touch.
